Does Marriott process LNF claims during the weekend? What is a typical response time during the weekend, and does the time when the claim is submitted make a difference?

Also, why is it that the LNF threads discourage naming competing websites whereas there is no such reticence on other hotels' FT fora for BRG (e.g. IHG, Hilton etc)? Why is FT so coy with Marriott?
