Just to follow up on this - heard back from an insurance rep. While written in long form, the jist of it is that trip cancelation coverage applies just like it would to any other illness, on the condition that a doctor hasn't diagnosed anything within 60 days of booking the trip (as that would be considered a pre-existing condition). In our case, since it's a normal pregnancy, sounds like we should be good to go on that front.
However, they also noted that for the trip interruption coverage, awhich is different, a specific exclusion is for pregnancy in the third trimester. So that part of the coverage won't be applicable.

Hope you don't mind me adding on to this thread as it's relevant. Does trip cancellation with cards like ink bold business only cover air, trains or does it also cover car rentals, hotel bookings (including b&b booked directly and not through travel sites), etc
If anybody has a link to the T&C or can reiterate their experiences on reimbursement

I can't speak to the Ink bold specifically, but CSP covers everything you've mentioned. I would assume it's very similar, If not the exact same, coverage.
