Good catch. Don't remember this place from my 2006 stay but it seems to be open 24 hours a day now. Only thing is that for anyone who isn't in the best of health it will be rather longer than a 5-6 minute walk to get here from the IC.
The distance between the IC and the Landmark Plaza is roughly three quarters of a kilometre.
