Yes, but FC is not BE. The market conditions are different and BE (in the UK) don't have a 50% partner in ow telling them their integration with the big airline must be seamless.

If BA wanted to take a 50% ownership stake in BE I am sure they would be happy to become a oneworld affiliate as well.
