Yes, and we really don't know what Clinton would have done with it either. So much is unknown to us until years and years later -- then what comes out can be pretty shocking.

I only mention the Clinton administration because there is ample evidence of all sorts of shenanigans using the apparatus of the Federal government for political purposes.

Probably the same with Bush 1 and Bush 2 etc.
