Most Americans have been brainwashed by the constant "play by play/NFL style" of the Iraq situation and terror hunt in general that they can't think for themselves. Most Americans BLINDLY believe that the more security the better off I am.

Side note: It's truly sad, when a US owned network like CNN has more objective coverage on it's International channel than it's domestic one. Just coming back this week from Europe to the US, I can truly say that I'm now tuning out ALL US news channels and their continual brainwash drivel.
