Any window seat. I prefer 3J, just because there seems to be less foot traffic in that aisle with the purser mainly haunting the A aisle. On a A330-200 I once got the second to last row in the mini-cabin behind door 2 and it wasn't bad, but there is risk there of screaming kinds from the bulkhead/bassinet seats in Y.
