Meatloaf with mashed potatoes served in tapas/individual sized plates. 3 types of Hummus -- Regular, Jalapeno crossover, and Herbed. Fresh cut vegetables for the former and also for some sort of dip. Various cheeses on offer to sample at the cheese board and warm brie with a fruit compote baked within, which was surprisingly good.
The lounge is open 24 hrs./day with the snacks available all the time.

+1 on SFO Airport Marriott.
A distant second would be Santa Clara Marriott. Not so much variety but some good stuff in the evenings...soup, chicken, rice, chips with guacamole and salsa, besides the regular stuff. I however don't like the breakfast downstairs at all.
