I wonder how this will pass muster since the federal government has no authority to direct local law enforcement per the Supreme Court (Brady case). Also at traffic roadblocks, I recall that you were allowed to bail out prior to undergoing the search but at RDU I was stopped and there was no way to bail out prior to the search. Normally I do not drive to the airport and use off-site parking but I had to drop a friend off at the terminal. They are not stopping commercial buses, vans, shuttles here.
