I fly out of RDU and every time I try to book a .eu flight on US, the flight options always depart from PHL, so even when I do fly through CLT, it's just a stop on the way to PHL before Europe. Though I did do some checking on Matrix earlier and didn't find a single CLT-BRU flight (though BRU is listed as a non-stop serviced city), but there are flights to FRA from CLT... next time I'm gonna have to try to get those flights. I like CLT far better than PHL, though the international terminal at PHL IS fairly nice, compared to the rest of the place.

Either way, its neat to learn something new.
