Alright, so if I were to use Serve Soft Card to load up:
Online Credit Card Load - $500/day and $1,500/month

I load up the card 3 times a month to total up $1,500, the money is then on the serve, I can just withdraw the money from the serve account as cash?

If we cannot purchase VR and other cards on CC anymore, kind of defeats the purpose?
