PM sent to Cheetah_SA with the name of the person we had drive us. A couple of post-trip comments, I believe most of them want to be paid in cash USD. A couple who gave me quotes would take credit cards but upped the price.

Upon returning home and looking at my credit card charges--our drive from Marriott Los Suenos to Manuel Antonio in the Yaris rental cost us $30 in gas. It takes about 1 hour 15 minutes each way.

Even paying the ridiculous $80/day rate with "full" insurance coverage, if anything had happened (damage, accident) there was still an $800 deductible. That was National, maybe other better companies can be found.
