Yes, it's for two AA operated flights, which I booked through AA.com

I phoned them up and they confirmed the booking is fine and is ticketed. I explained the problem and, in a nutshell, they didn't believe me and told me that the booking IS there, despite me assuring them it isn't.

Ah well, no big deal - though I prefer to use mobile boarding passes.
