THEY ONLY BLOCKED YOUR CARD NUMBER and probably your SSN (blocked from GreenDot Products). When you try to load a bunch of money paks to various cards, they'll block all the card numbers you tried to load on through their system. Best thing to do is try to load with a card that you've never used with their system before, because they've blocked all the cards you used.

Either get another card like a Rush Card or just request that Paypal changes your card number because you i.e lost it, it was stolen etc and then try again. I promise you that it will work.
This happened to me too and i knew what to do, so i just laughed it off and changed my card numbers then continued on. They blocked my Paypal debit card, Serve and my GreenDot Prepaid Gold.
I loaded about 6 MPs per night and they caught up to it like i expected them to lol. Get other products that accept Money Paks or use a card that you never used on their system. If you have a wife/girlfriend(s), get her or them to give you their SSN and use to to open more cards. You'll be fine. Hell, if you're old and have kids, use their SSN to open more accounts.
