You could try a chargeback on the original purchase of the cards, to start?
Maybe you'll end up chasing them in Small Claims court, even.

Still though, I somewhat agree with the posters above -- after getting the no-more-refunds letter myself, I will never ever try for a refund again. You can't be an idiot.
I thought about chargeback, but I don't want to cause the store that sold me the moneypaks any trouble... I never received any no-more-refunds warnings or communications from them before this happened. Are the procedures to sue them in small claim court complicated?
