Hi,

I had a problem with a rental car in a foreign country. There was red words in a foreign language right from the beginning. I was not sure if it was a warning or not. I looked for the manual, but the rental car agency kept the manual. Later on I had problems with the car, and now the agency is telling me that I need to pay for the damage. Has anyone had any problems like this?
