What did SSSS mean for you at EZE? When I couldn't complete OLCI due to some "government restiction" (according to my hotel's concierge), I had SSSS for my last trip out of there (on DL). The person (probably a DL contract GA, but it could have been AR staff or airport security) sitting at the table at the start of the gate security check just took a pen and crossed off the SSSS after checking my name against some list. I was a DM traveling on a paid deeply discounted (Z class on DL) RT ticket in BE.
Reprinting my domestic connecting boarding pass at ATL got rid of the SSSS but did not get me my usual PreCheck.
SSSS at EZE for me meant special extra gate screening (in addition to the regular cursory bag check). Shoes off, pat down, every compartment of carry-on opened, and very apologetic screener.
