I noticed that when I was looking at making a TATL WT booking last weekend, BA website was trying to charge me (Gold) for any seat choice (not just Exit row) in the Y cabin, however not for WT+ on return leg. Thought it was strange, and got past it anyway as I booked WT+ each way. Looked on FT but didn't see anyone else reporting it, so just ignored it as a temporary website glitch.
