I am platinum and stayed there last week. Got upgraded to nice size corner room on 14th floor without asking (hotel is 21 floors, lounge on 21st). Was offered 500 points or $10 food/beverage credit at checkin. Like mentioned before, no water bottle in lounge, but when I asked the attendant for a water bottle they went into the back and brought me two of them.
