Update
I wrote the Hyatt " Concierge" desk and I got an immediate reply. While they could not help me they forwarded my email to the hotel manager ( giving me at the very least an email for an inside contact person). The hotel reservation manager wrote me back a few hours later confirming my reservation! She said for three nights ( our reservation is for four) so it took one more round of emails and the hotel calling Expedia to finally get it right.
I feel more comfortable now.
