I am based out of New York and was flying to Lahore. The travel agent is based out of Chicago. It's a brick and mortar building but I've never paid them a visit. A friend bought her tickets from them and referred. They are registered with BBB
Etihad has confirmed that I can use the ticket but that I have to go through the agent because it's they aren't able to see the value of the ticket ( not sure why that is the case coz the price is written on the ticket ). Should I threaten to lodge a complaint against him? Who would I even complain to?
