From what I know, if under same e ticket, then it should be fine..
Jet has been flexible with me earlier during one misconnect in DEL..
Was expected to connect with Austrian ,but missed that.. they offered me couple of options with LH and one with Swiss or a stay in Delhi hotel to take same connection the next day..
But it was few years back, so YMMV..
