We have rented a flat in Jerusalem until Sunday so at least we can rest a bit before we have to set out for the airport.
The leaving from CPH at 11 pm is not much better, I think. Probably no sleeping and arriving way before hotels allow check-in ( and I am disinclined to paying for the night before ), so first day will go by in a sleepy blurr.
I would love to know the reason for these odd timings. In the old days, flights to TLV was normal daytime flights.
I would guess that it allows utilisation of a plane that would otherwise stand idle overnight. And that there was no planes available for a day time run.
