Why is 8K such a hard seat to keep on the 767?

Last year, I flew out of Montreal on a 767 to Europe, and I KNOW I picked seat 8K, the coveted pilot jump seat. Alas, it was not to stay that way, and when I checked in, I had been moved to another J seat.

So this coming December, I have a flight YYZ-LHR (AC856), 8K selected again, and only 3 other people in the cabin now (although I understand it can fill up quickly with the holidays). What are the chances they will move me again from 8K?
