I think you could do:

STL/CDG - stopover
CDG/ATH
open jaw
FRA/STL

or

STL/CDG - stopover
CDG/FRA
open jaw
ATH/STL

Thanks for the input, more than once. however, this wouldn't work as I'm willing to do the ground segment between Paris and Frankfurt, but certainly not between Frankfurt and Athens.

Follow up question: Why would it matter whether ATH is a ST hub, as I'm not trying to use it as a stopover or a hub? Basically it's one end point of the open jaw.
