What I have been told about SNA is that:

"When the Platinum member use SNA for an upgrade, the system checks availability within 5 days of arrival. If not available, an email goes to the member advising system is still searching for members’ upgrade, and the system will continue checking for availability each day until 2pm local hotel time on the day prior to arrival. If after 2pm local hotel time the day prior to arrival there is still no availability, the system will generate an email advising the SNAs cannot be used for this reservation and return the SNAs to the member’s account.

Due to the functionality to request SNAs cannot be requested through hotels, it is available only through SPG.com or a Customer Contact Center. Hotels are not authorized to confirm or deny members’ SNA, and SNA cannot be manual arranged by hotels, either."

Therefore, no use contacting Westin Grande Sukhumvit until the SNA is returned. I will pm you the email address of the Westin Guest specialist.
