I almost always get a great upgrade in the UK (MAN, BHX, LBA, etc. but not LHR), Denmark, Finland, Germany and Poland. Netherland is a nightmare, same for France, Ireland, Italy and Spain where I often struggle to get anything more than what I had booked.
And don't get me started on gold choice!
