The Hyatt lets Diamonds eat breakfast in the restaurant. It was quite a nice spread.

I've only stayed at the Hilton Mainz City (and the Hyatt), but the Hyatt was much better value. IMO. Also much closer to the train station if you're coming in and out of Mainz that way...
