Mr. Wolf is no longer there. To which of these executives should I send a complaint? I would think J. Allen Smith or Chris Hunsberger, but wanted to see if FT had any additional input.
For a hotel operations complaint you should email Christopher Norton, who is President Worldwide Hotel Ops. Allen Smith is not a hotel person - strategy & financial only. Chris Hunsberger is President of US operations only, whereas Chris Norton is worldwide.
