Not sure as UA does give credit for "L" fares but LH does not for intra-Europe. I'm MP Gold but don't believe that is a factor in this particular case.

Mileage accrual is determined by operating carrier, in this case, LH. Doesn't matter whether you book as a codeshare or not. If it's an LH intra-Europe L, you are not entitled to miles.
