You have a big problem. I personnely would never have a C1 card but that's just me. You can wait until 10/10 and hope the card shows up early. I've had cards where I wanted them sooner and they said no and the next day it arrived in the mail. So many times they don't even check to see if it's shipped. One of my complaints because it was a C1 card. The other thing is I would have is a plan B if it doesn't show. You do have 60 or 90 days to cancel your CSP and get a full refund, so you could use the card and transfer the points. I cancelled my CSP 45+ days after the fee because they wouldn't waive it. I did wait 6 weeks for the refund, but I got alll my points.
