A quick question, we have a Platinum and a Business gold card linked to the same membership rewards account.
Last year i took advantage of the 50,000 bonus points sign up for the Gold Busines product.
No fee for the first year for me and my spouse. Just paid the first membership fee and combined(me and spouse) is more than $200. Plus we realized that this card has foreign transaction fees when used abroad. Thinking of canceling this product and get the fee reversed(just paid it today) and just stay with the Platinum. Just not sure if Amex will take the 50,000 points away from the combined MR account(Platinum and Gold).

Any clue in how they do this when folks get the bonuses and then cancel after one year ?
