Within the 48 continental United States, and considering only major cities, you can make good cases for Boston's Logan (especially now that the new tunnel is open) and San Diego's Lindbergh Field. Several secondary airports, such as Midway in Chicago and Love Field in Dallas, also give LGA a run for its money in the convenience department. Widen the net a bit and you'll find lots more.
That said, LGA is still the best airport for getting to midtown NYC quickly by road.
