Sure, if there were repeated failures of service, I guess that would be good to know.
The name of the hotel matters plenty in respect to what advice a poster might get to complaints such as this one, and might educate others as to what to expect at the property. Maybe its a one-off or maybe not.
Example: Maybe I, or others, read the name of the property here and realize the exact same thing happened at the exact same location; voila, the repeated failures of service that you believe "would be good to know." And, naming a particular property would be more beneficial than blaming the entire chain for an incident at a single location, as the title of the thread arguably does.

If there was a myriad of failures of service it would obviously be reflected in the hotels reviews
