I would have assumed that the DAL-IAH flights are intended primarily to connect with international traffic ex-IAH.
Do people fly DAL-IAH-SFO, EWR, IAD, LAX, etc? Seems like there would be better alternatives, unless you really hate AA and love DAL (vs. DFW). Even as the quote above suggests, won't domestic DAL flyers consider SW over UA and VX due to the network?
