My husband just now realized that his passport expired and we are leaving for a Caribbean vacation on Saturday. I told him to call and talk to someone and call the US embassy if he has to, to expedite it's renewal. I remember reading cases her on Flyertalk of this happening to people mid-travel, so I think it's doable. Am I right? Or misremembering. Is our vacation hosed and we now out of lots of money?
