My primary carrier is Cathay - I pretty much fly it whenever possible, and even if I don't I credit my FF# to my Marco Polo account.

That being said, Asia Miles have pretty bad burn ratios, and I have a whole lot of points with credit card partners (citi, chase) that I can transfer to a partner, so I'm wondering who purely has the best burn ratio with that I can transfer points with to fly long-haul Cathay as cheaply as possible. Would it be AA or BA?
