meaningless and confusing response from customer services
My wife just received what must be the most meaningless response from customer services ever - or maybe we just dont get something here?
Many weeks ago, my wife got rebooked on a next days flight from LCY instead of LHR due to bad weather. Fair enough, all taken care of quite efficiently by BA.
Then she claimed all expenses online including receipts (train from LHR back home, cab to LCY, food), nothing unreasonable. Then she waited. And waited. And now she received this response:

So that I can address any concerns that you may have, I would be grateful if you could write back to us by clicking on the blue reply link given below.

What exactly does BA want now? The only concern is that we want our money back... Are we supposed do do sth else besides using the online form as we did?
