If Canada is an option, YYZ is definitely number 1. There must be some heavy frees associated with landing a mainline aircraft in Canada as I've experienced the "big 3" have moved towards smaller jets.

Also, IIRC AS used to fly to YYZ in the mid 90's (ex-LAX?) but AC moved into the market and made it short lived.
