Just to follow up, I couldn't find anything on the lounge but its hours from a photo I took of the sign posted by the door. I also can't find my bills though, so I seem to have misplaced all documentation from the trip.

I will also chime in that I found the staff to be uniformly pleasant and responsive -- but overwhelmed. The lobby staff were fine, but the lounge was always slammed during prime time; I took to taking breakfast outside of the usual hours and showing up for the evening service as it started to reserve seats at the beginning - once 6 or 630 rolled around, it got crazy.

I think your friends will be fine. The view from the lounge is nice and everyone was great to me. The access is totally unpoliced too; it just relies on keyed access to the lounge itself and I don't think anyone ever asked for my room or name.
