I manage a colleague's flights, and she earned silver for this year, and hasn't flown a segment on UA this year until 10 days ago. I do her check in, etc, and she flew 5 segments and got desirable E+ seating at check-in in all 5 segments. The final of the 5 was LAS EWR Saturday evening, and got an upgrade.

The segments all with E+ bulkhead window, which she wanted was EWR ATL, ATL EWR, EWR LAX, LAX LAS, and LAS EWR with an upgrade 30 minutes before departure. Pretty good for a silver.

The EWR ATL RT was all typical business times, not weekend, etc.
