I accrued diamond status over the 2013 calendar year, and selected my choice benefits in Oct 2013. I misremembered the expiration date and seemed to have lost all my upgrade certificates, travel vouchers, etc. (I was off by 1 week in case you were wondering.). I have called the Medallion desk and they were unable to help recover anything. They directed me to customer service, and they too were unable to recover anything for me. I know that I'm probably out of luck, but does anyone have any other options that might help?

I'm not aware of any. DL is very strict when it comes to expiration dates on SWUs/RUCs/GUCs. They're very valuable, and are a liability once issued. Getting them off their books without being used is good for them. The other problem is if they did it here or there, then soon everyone would expect it to happen when they asked.

Sorry that it happened, but there's nothing that can be done absent inventing a time machine.
