If your flight arrives at the gate, you will be walking down stairs to immigration. It's just a long hallway with no views of anything.

If your flight arrives at a remote stand, you will be bused to the bus gate, which is the same level as immigration. Still nothing to look at but at least you get to see the airfield while on the bus.

If you want to do some plane spotting, take the Parking Spot Red Shuttle to In-N-Out Burgers. There is a little park next to it right under the flight path for planes landing on 24R. Best plane spotting location!
