Hey, thanks for the newsflash, pal.

Does that mean I am going to dance a little jig when I am harassed because of my "implied consent"?

Maybe I should just hand the screener a tube of KY Jelly and grin and bear my "implied consent", eh?

Maybe I should strip off my clothes and bask in the security of my "implied consent"?

"Implied consent" is a chicken@#$% way of holding people hostage for a service or something deemed to be a "privilege". I really don't give a d@mn that I have subjected myself by "implied consent" for having the audacity for wanting to fly. Anyone who searches me without any probable cause will get the contempt they deserve and I could care less how constitutional the current Supreme Court finds these disgraceful actions.

You mention folks are harassed for "no probable cause." Remember, when you willingly enter a checkpoint, or present your baggage/carry on for inspection you have given implied consent for search. That goes for you and your belongings. This is case law from the U.S. Supreme Court.
