Has anyone experienced problems where the Bill Payment goes to a wrong/different account? How do you resolve that situation, and is it a common occurrence?

I vaguely remember reading a story about someone that this happened to. While it seems rare especially since the cashier has to type it in twice, mistakes do happen. I think the person had to call CheckFreePay to trace it down so I highly recommend keeping up with receipts and cards until the billpay goes through.
Now, it's probably hard for them to mess up just 1 number in such a way that it matches the last 4 of another card, it's obviously not uncommon for cards to have the same last 4 digits. Heck I have 2 Visas of my own that have the same last 4. (But everything else is different of course).
