three years ago when i started commuting to florida from NYC regularly, i flew jet blue. i loved their in-plane product. it was great. but as i earned more and more points, i decided i would switch to delta so that i could use them to go to places jetblue doesn't. that was the big plus for me.

also, i got absolutely fed up with the security situation at T5. maybe it's better now than it was a couple of years ago, i don't know. but back then it was infuriating. i was happy to go to LGA.
