I have stayed here a few times. Its hit and miss middle of the road Hilton that lacks consistency.
Rooms can be as bad as having a bed of rubble, a view of a brick wall and windows that are bent open??? REALLY! And you cant close it. To nice clean and great views.
The parking is EXPENSIVE and not part of the hotel, I would question how secure it is. The lounge is decent, but quite compact.
The location is good, but not perfect for a city hotel, its a 5 min walk in to town. The restaurant was good, but if you want a proper cut of beef, you need to go south of the boarder for tender New York strips.
I once caught a group of staff members talking about my party as we left the restaurant after spending a significant amount of money. Which was highly unprofessional and out of line. If they wish to pass comments about guests, I have no problem about this, but they should do it behind closed doors.
The hotel has let me down on more than one occasion and is an absolute joke in comparison to the high quality service I always receive at the Hilton Belfast (Templepatrick) hotel down the road.
It gets a 7/10 its location is its saving grace, I would not recommend it to friends or family over the Radisson, they must try harder.
