I don't think it has anything to do with the corporate ID. I just made a plain simple booking on the accor website. (whilst logged in). Just after the booking the reservation appeared in the list but just a few minutes later it was gone.

Quite strange and I must say my first reflex was they cancelled my reservation but that wasn't the case. Anyway, they should try to fix this. It's confusing.
