Looks like you will be arriving at NRT on UA 881 from ORD, arriving NRT at 4:00 p.m.
One thing you can do is to call ANA and have note on your NRT-NGO reservation that you are flying into NRT on UA 881 that day. ANA is usually good about that, if your flight from ORD is delayed then there may be ANA agent waiting to meet you to expedite customs/passport control process.
Also, it does not hurt to call UA and have note on your reservation that you are connecting on to ANA 339 at NRT. UA agents at NRT is generally good about that, usually better than UA agents at US airports.
