Eligibility: The #BornMobileMLB Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or of the legal age of majority in their state/province/territory of residence, whichever is older) at the time of entry.

How To Enter: There are three (3) ways to enter:

1) Instagram Post: You must post a photo of your child supporting his/her favorite baseball team (the "Submission") and the hashtags #BornMobileMLB and #Sweeps (collectively, the "Hashtag") on Instagram through your public Instagram account to receive one (1) entry. Once you upload your Submission to Instagram with the Hashtag, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Your Instagram account must be set to public and your Submission must include the Hashtag in order to be eligible for entry via Instagram. By using the Hashtag in connection with your Instagram post, you are acknowledging and agreeing that Sponsor has the right to stream your post through the Instagram API;

2) Twitter: You must Tweet the Submission via your Twitter account using the Hashtag. Once you Tweet your Submission with the Hashtag, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Any photo on Twitter tagged with the Hashtag may be eligible for this Sweepstakes. Use of the Hashtag constitutes your unconditional acceptance to these Official Rules.

3) Mail-in: To receive one (1) entry without posting a photo to Instagram or Twitter, on a 3" x 5" piece of paper, hand-print your complete name, mailing address, daytime and evening telephone numbers (area code included), and date-of-birth, and mail entry in a properly stamped #10 envelope to:

- Mail-in entries must be received by October 17, 2014 to be eligible and become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

- Instagram and Twitter Submissions must be posted by 11:59:59 pm ET on 10/13/14 to be eligible. Entrants using Instagram or Twitter to earn entries as set forth above must have a valid Instagram or Twitter account, as applicable, used via a mobile device or on the Internet. The Instagram and Twitter applications are free. Entries submitted via Instagram or Twitter must adhere to the Instagram Terms of Use (http://instagram.com/about/legal/terms/) or the Twitter Terms of Service (www.twitter.com/tos), respectively.

- Photo entries will not be judged and the photo provided in your entry will not increase or decrease your chances of winning a prize. If you do not have an Instagram account you may sign-up for free by visiting www.instagram.com and following the enrollment instructions. If you do not have a Twitter account you may sign-up for free by visiting www.twitter.com and following the enrollment instructions. Entry Limit: Limit one (1) entry/Submission per person per day, regardless of method of participating. An entrant may submit a new entry or unique Submission during each day of the Promotion Period. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means are not permitted and all such entries will be void.

Grand Prize (1): Winner will receive a 3-day/2-night trip for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest ("Guest") to attend one (1) game of the 2014 MLB World Series championship (such game to be determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion) (the "World Series Game") consisting of…

- Round-trip coach class air transportation from a major airport nearest to Grand Prize Winner's residence in the U.S. to a major U.S. gateway airport near the location of the World Series Game;

- Standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations (one (1) room);

- Ground transportation to/from the airport and the hotel; and

- Two (2) tickets for Winner and Guest to the designated World Series Game (the "Grand Prize").

- (Approximate Retail Value=$4,500USD/$4952.12CAD). Actual value of Grand Prize will vary depending on Grand Prize Winner's city of departure and host city of the World Series Game.

Winner Selection and Notification: One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about 10/20/14, from among all eligible entries received. Potential winner will be contacted by Sponsor's designated representative in one of the following ways based on method of entry: 1) Posting a comment on that potential winner's Instagram Submission, which will include Sponsor's return contact details within the comment, 2) Via a tweet by Sponsor from the @MLB Twitter handle, or 3) via phone call at the daytime phone number provided on such potential winner's mail-in entry.
